The Vieux Grand Port
North Mahebourg, along the coast of the main road at the foot of Lion Mountain and the Mountain region Bamboos. This area was the first in the early 17th Century Dutch in the populous and losing one of the first parts of the country to its ebony indigenous sugar industry booming.
