Island of Mauritius

North of Mauritius offers a huge amount of visitors during its spectacular beaches inevitably lead to serious development, it is never difficult to get away from everything and explore areas that remain largely untouched by mass tourism. Grand Bay is the center of travel industry in the country (although there are being increasingly called into question the status of Flic-en Flac) and has a better night life in Mauritius, some of best restaurants and excellent shopping. Small towns around Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy and Pereybère are increasingly at an unbelievable pace and they all have to enjoy beautiful beaches, they make clear advantages in the region. The lagoon protected from prevailing winds, offers a variety of water sports and is particularly good for snorkeling and diving.

Unhappy Cape, the northernmost point of the island marks the end of the current development of the coast. Save a few places in Grand Gaube, there are no hotels on the half-way through the East Coast. The lack of beaches and remoteness mean that you are really wild.

Domestic plain fields of sugarcane, piled with mountains of volcanic rocks on slaves and indentured laborers fall gently to the sea where you will find the beautiful botanical garden and the SSR, as the popular adventure Sugar – a museum for the export of traditional colonial Mauritius.
